JT, I think the really successful surgeries are the ones that aren't so noticeable but give you an overall better feeling about You. I'd say it worked... You look happy and radiant.

1. Your nose.
2. The mark (birthmark?) on your left cheek near the ear.
3. Your eyes look larger and more evenly matched.
4. Overall the face looks tighter, lines around the mouth have vanished.
You look brighter, cuter and more radiant!
